I am an active member of the NAR (National Association of Realtors) the CAR (California Association of Realtors), the SDAR (San Diego Association of Realtors) and San Diego Real Estate Specialists. S. D. Real Estate Specialists is unique because of our broker who provides on-going education and coaching to help me keep my skills and knowledge at the top of my game.

Experience and Education

I have an extensive background in sales including, retail and real estate. I love to work with people to find their new homes and use their existing home as a tool to get into their dream home. My work in the past few years in managing real estate offices has given me an even bigger grasp and education of the San Diego Real Estate Market. I am currently doing work specific to today's market needs including short sales and bank foreclosures. I consider myself to have short sale expertise and have systems in place to get a large number of them to closing. I have also been working with clients on investing and commercial properties. I love learning and continue to improve my services for my clients so they always receive the most up to date real estate information. I study in all other areas of living and I love to share with my clients anything that relates to their interests. My daughter calls it being a professional student, I call it my passion...

A little bit about me

I am a native of the midwest and transplanted here to San Diego 9 years ago and never looked back! I love my midwestern upbringing from my southern and midwestern parents. It gave me my work ethic and caring that I cherish and share in my career and with my clients and friends. I live in San Diego with my husband of 7 years and my children Erin and Jamie who are both students at UCSD. We share our home with lots of animals. 3 dogs,3 cats and a ton of fish to be exact. So it is never boring at our home! I love to spend time with good friends and family in whatever we do. I love relaxing with a good book and a chai tea on the rare occasions that I can spend a few minutes with me :)
